1. Request QR Code
Request a QR payment from us at: thebottomline@bottomlinestudios.net
State the desired membership duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
During normal working hours we will usually respond within 15 minutes with the requested QR payment code.

- • Note: Payment still requires manual processing, and you must still e-mail us a screenshot of your payment receipt. We put the payment QR code here to allow you to skip the initial step of requesting it from us and waiting for a reply.
2. Pay
Scan the QR code and pay.
(Note: If you have a VPN, we recommend turning it off when using the QR code; otherwise the Alipay payment system may consider the VPN location suspicious and block the payment.)

4. Membership Information
We will reply to your email typically within 15 minutes during normal working hours.
The email will contain the username and password of your new BLS membership account; do not forget to check your e-mail spam folder!

We will respond to your payment screenshot as soon as possible. Please note that we are on U.S. Eastern Time (New York), which observes daylight saving time, while China does not. China Standard Time is:
• 12 hours ahead from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November
• 13 hours ahead from the first Sunday of November to the second Sunday of March
E-mails sent to us after 10 PM U.S. Eastern Time (10–11 AM the next day in China) usually will not be read and processed until the following morning, U.S. Eastern Time.
5. Login
Return to the BLS website. Click/touch the "Member Login" button in the upper right corner of the homepage; or on mobile phones touch the menu header at the top of page and then choose the "Member Login" option.
Enter the username and password you just received to log in and browse the member area of BLS website.
